add the 4 together and then divide it by 4

If you spent more time on actual play then hot stove conversations your rating will take care of it's self

ok, what is a "hot stove conversation"? the only time i have conversations about stoves is when i am talking about hiking.

I think he is referencing your "3 piece suit" comments.... seems as close to "hot stove" as it gets!

I have heard of a Hot Carl and a Dutch Oven...but not a hot stove. This must be an Oly thing...

Ratings answer.....

Short answer: Yes, average the player's round ratings.

Long answer: It can get hard to explain/understand for players that have a PDGA rating and/or round ratings that are more than 60 points below their Handicap. If you really want to know how a player's handicap is calculated ask me in person at a TDG event.
