Default sumner meadows

Does anyone want to run this event this year? I am too lazy to want to do this again. I can help with course design and related tasks but not too much more.

Damn it people. Guess I will have to do it.

Laid back one day dubs event. One course of about 27 holes. If I can round up more baskets we might have a couple more. Maybe a final 9. More info to come.

Any idea on a date for this said tournament? I know it is in the works but sometime in November? I am yet to play this course but always hear wonderful things about it and all those who are involved.

You are never really playing an opponent. You are playing yourself, your own highest standards, and when you reach your limits, that is real joy.

Not sure of a date yet. I might try to do a couple of these this winter just because.

Right on! Appreciate you putting time in to put this together. Hope to make at least one.

^^^what he said.

Unfortunately, I'm just not in a position right now to commit to a key role in something like this: no car, no computer, starting a part-time job on the side that has me working weekends, and a stubbornly high ratio of procrastination over planning skills... but after reading all that awesome stuff I could bring to the table, you're probably going to be knocking my door down, insisting that I'm just the man for the job, and that I'd be doing a disservice to myself and the dg community NOT to take on this project

but seriously, I've really enjoyed the Sumner Meadows tournament experience every year I've been, and I hope things fall into place to help you put on an event/s this winter. If there's any(small)thing I can do to help out, Chris, let me know. I strive to be less of a wet blanket in the near future.
