FOUND - J Perry - Riverside Ace Disc - Orange KC Pro Roc

Anybody know J Perry? I found two discs in a nasty transient camp amongst a lot of stolen property, human waste, needles, etc. Long story. Anyway, the disc ink says "J Perry Ace #1 Riverside 6P (original)" Found it with a blue Star Aviar, no discernible name just tagger type lettering.
