Wow!!!!

What a great day for disc golf. The "Bud" is in the best shape ever and the "special event" layout was a blast to play. Some of the safety concerns in the back field were reduced and ALL skill levels had fun.


By the numbers..... 84 players showed up for a one round tournament that had a $700 value of prizes up for grabs. All players were done and home to thier families by 1:00pm.

A special thanks goes out to the players for supporting the West Sound Disc Golf Association and the Event staff for volunteering thier time.

Without the dedicated Event staff and other select few that help out, the event would not be success. The raw numbers are mind boggling. That's 84 players processed without pre-registration and an "after the round" CTP open to all players, bag tags, door prize drawing, etc.

After inputting all 84 scores into the Ratings Calculator, the SSA ended up at 48.

Well, you better double check it cause it's still not updated as of 5:21pm on friday. It shows all stats through the last event (Flingin' Mayan) Is there a secret page on Facebook or something i'm not seeing?
