Default A real question Not some hypothetical

New player
Less Then 1 year Plays Am II
Already Rated 915 by virtue of two wins one third and one 8th
Has multiple TOURNMANENT rounds rated 30-40 points higher then rating and higher then the supposed cut off for Adv.

Here is the question
Should the player move up?

The player should move up when he feels that he is ready. He is entitled to play in the Intermediate division as long as his rating is under 936.

That many highly rated rounds means one of two things:
1) He won't be under 936 for long, or
2) He also has many rounds well below his average which means he should probably stick around AMII for a while and learn some consistency.
