Sutherlin, OR park? - Disc Golf

I live in Roseburg and work in Sutherlin. Somebody mentioned that there was a course in Sutherlin, up on 6th street at the park.

Today I went up there to check it out. I found 6 post, but didn't look too hard. I didn't see any markings or tee pads of any kind... just the posts.

Anybody know anything about this place. Maybe it's an old one that hasn't been kept up?
