Found a disc belonging to Dale Dunayin, PDGA 15945. Number on back is incorrect. Anyone know how to contact Dale?

I just checked his PDGA number as his name looks familiar to me. Actually his last name is Dunavin. I know his son who is member of ODDGA. Dale used to come and play with us but we haven't seen him for awhile. His son is on Facebook so you might will try to contact his son, Nicholas William Clark.
