Post Wash Slosh make local newspaper in a big way!

I haven't made it to the local drug store to pick up the Sunday edition of The Columbian, but the Wash Slosh made the front page of The Columbian's web site! http://snipurl.com/leverichdgc There are two photos on the web site, and I assume, based on what the reporter said when he was at the park, more pictures in the actual paper.

Good press for Disc Golf. Thanks again to all who made the event possible.

That really is a good piece. I'm always trying to collect articles from around the country highlighting cases where the installation of a disc golf course has benefited the community in some way (reducing crime, cleaning up trash-filled wasteland, giving bored kids something to do, etc.), and this is exactly the kind of story I like to find. It's very helpful when you're pushing for a new course.
