Default Anyone ever think of a DGC at Creston Park on 43rd and Powell, Portland OR

I was driving by like I have hundreds of times and thought to myself, this park is pretty big and has great elevation change and trees. I thought hmmm has anyone else thought this is a great place for a nine hole course... just wondering what all other local Portlander Discers think.

Park Specs.
Acreage: 14.41

Park Site.

let me know, I am always down for new courses...

I seem to recall someone here mentioning it before, and it was basically a non-starter with Portland Parks. Too small, too much neighborhood use.
