Mt. Adams Lodge @ The Flying L May 7th and 8th - Washington Events

Howdy folks,

We are back for another two day battle with the conditions of Glenwood! I am happy to announce that thanks to the Mt. Adams Lodge we will be holding another tournament this spring. You know what that means Glow Dubs(Friday night), great lodging or camping, great folks, awesome pot luck (Sat. night), and hopefully not as much wind as last spring. More details are coming next week as far as cost and additional info.

This is our third tournament in Glenwood, Wa. Hardshell Harmony is going to be coming out to do some pickin' and singin' for us as well. Stay tuned for more updates and surprises. Can't wait to see you all out there. We are only offering 50 players packs so let us know you are coming and get on the list.

Day 1: Friday, May 6, 2011

5:00pm- 7:00pm Registration / Check-in

7:00pm- 10:00pm Glow doubles. We will provide enough l.e.d.s and batteries for everyone to light one disc. Casual and free to play.

Day 2: Saturday, May 7, 2011

9:00am- 9:45am Check in and reg.

9:45am- 10:00am Players meeting

10:00am- 12:45pm Round 1 (casual "ice breaker") CTPS for this round.

1:00pm- 2:00pm Lunch. Hot dog stand available. Kitchen available to be used as well.

2:00pm- 5:00pm Round 2 (First of two competitive rounds)

6:30pm- 8:00pm Pot luck dinner. Bring a side or dessert and get down on some great grub.

Day 3: Sunday, May 8, 2011

9:45am- 10:00am Players meeting.

10:00am- 1:00pm Final round.

1:00pm- 2:00pm Lunch, ring of fire, and Awards.

$25.00 Novice( non competitive )

I forgot. Players packs include: Discounted camping or lodging, two tourney stamped Gateway discs( mid and putter), and a mini. Plus the opportunity to win many great prizes.

Pro will take cash and trophies. Am divisions are getting trophies and prizes.

Looks like we are half full for the event so far. Cabins are sold out already. Players pay for Friday night and get 2nd night at NO cost. Some rooms still available. Call Julee at (509) 364.3488. This is a great deal!
The course is shaping up nicely this spring. Come out and have a great weekend with us.

We are quickly approaching the Mt. Adams Tourney and I just wanted to give a shout out to some of our great sponsors for this event. Yeah Full Sail has supported all of our events so far. And as for the Bourbon Porter, you might have to wait till next year.
