Default New Flyer Attached

I forgot to add the location to the PDF flyer so I will attach a newer updated one! Dave even proofed the flyer and we both forgot to put down the location. Blue Lake Park, Gresham is the site of Dave's new Par 68 SUPER COURSE. I will be announcing more details of this on the new courses section so stay tuned!

Just not sure these OLD muscles can be trained (or retrained).

I'll probably sign up anyway just to give Dave a REAL challenge.

Sooooooo Blue Lake Park will become a reality? Way cool!

vector - do you want to get better or not, sacrafice bro! I am totally interested, however, shelling out 100 in one payment is pretty much out of my budget, however, 2 payments of 50 or 3 of 35 would work much more into my favor and of course the other half would be more likely to approve.... possible?

Not for me it doesn't. That's what you get for moving to the minors!

Dave wants to make it flexible to fit around as many people's schedules as possible. He mentioned that Sunday was probably not a good day being that most NFL fans want to watch TV all day Sunday so that only leaves Saturdays which also runs into Team Golf.

The other option would be to switch it to Sundays thereby allowing players to do both Team Golf on Saturday and then do Dave's Driving School on Sunday. Seems like everyone's either got a VCR still or some kind of digital recording device so they can tape their "must see" NFL games and watch them later that evening.

Is this a more realistic and player friendly day to do it? Please offer your input. Dave could flip flop from Sat to Sun or Sun to Sat to avoid conflicts with Stumptown Slosh events as well.

Dave brought up the idea of possibly making the lessons Saturday afternoon with the idea of having the lesson after Team Golf which would mean everyone would be warmed up and ready to chuck.

This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity for disc golfers in Portland to be able to take some serious short cuts with Dave. I think of it as kind of a 2 for 1 deal in the sense that Dave learned and absorbed everything he could from Ken Climo.

Xmas and New Years Saturdays will be skipped to the following Saturday.

It's like all the Portland disc golfers get to be Luke Skywalker and get to benefit from the knowledge and technique of both Obi Wan Kenobi and Yoda. The players that sign up, in essence will be getting the best of both worlds of Kenny and Dave.

Team disc golf is an all day affair.

Been getting some emails and I'd like to reiterate what Dave stated in his description. Dave's Driving School is for all levels, young and old, male or female players. There isn't a separate technique for older players or women, it works the same for everyone so people who are interested should not avoid improving their technique just because they don't play PDGA events or have a high player rating or whatever.

Besides all his fancy schmancy stats, Dave is really one of the most ergonomically correct and efficient throwers out there and anyone can benefit from his help. Dave is genuinely passionate about teaching technique and everyone I've seen him work with has improved a lot.

Can't wait to hear about how everyone who signs up is going to be "schooling" their disc buddies, and leaving all their friends in the dust!

I really, really want to do this but two things conflict. First off I live 4 hours North, second I work Sundays so if the day is changed I'm out $100 and third the day it starts I'm out of town; mine and yours.

I am trying to get through to Dave in Australia. It seems like the logical thing for him to do is to offer classes on both days to satisfy everyone's needs. If Dave offers a class on Saturday and a class on Sunday this is the best he can do to fit everyone's schedules.

NFL junkies can go on Saturdays and Team Golfers can go on Sunday and tape their favorite NFL games and watch them afterwards.

I just sent him an email asking if he will do Saturday and Sunday.

I will report back as soon as I hear from him!

Sundays work for me, I would spend $100 to improve my game. I have spent more than that in lost plastic.

Another "wrinkle" in the schedule would be the weekend of Dec 4-5. Dave will be in San Diego along with the rest of Team Oregon at the Southwestern Team Invitational.
