guy in my group first round at rocklin, was shooting awesome at -4 when he pulls up to hole 4 in super short position, launches up a shot almost straight up and down and it went right down into the blind basket for an ace, he ended up shooting a -9 which is like 1025 rated right now... crapola...

That topic has been covered. The majority opinion was that tagging the basket is essentially vandalism. Nice shot, though...

RUST-OLEUM Cold Galvanizing Compound would do a good job of preserving your tag. I suggest covering it up and protecting it so it can be enjoyed by archaeologists in some future epoch. Don't waste it on us lower life forms in this dark age.

Yeah, I mind. That is vandalism. Sign your disc instead. That way you have a memory of the event. Nobody else really cares.

Yea, I mind too! Pull your head out young man! Let me ask you, did you sign the disc? Why wasn't that enough? If you're looking to give Hillsboro Parks a reason to pull that course you're on the right track. If you do it others will follow and before you know it Parks and Rec pull the course because of VANDALISM. That makes you a vandal. Sugesstion: go clean it off you vandal you, really. And let others see you do, set a good example rather than the bad one you are willing to advertize on-line.

Sorry to come down so hard on you hatch, I know it is done in some areas and courses, but we're better than them.

Hit ace number 5 yesterday ! Was my first witnessed ace . So if you go by what everyone says, it's really my first ace . Corbin Park, hole 5 with a ESP Crush. Stayed perfectly online and hit dead center in the chains. Definitely the best looking one I've had yet. Now if I could only do that in league play or during a tournament I'd be even happier.

Nice job. I have a couple of non-wintessed aces, and some of my buddies have given me a hard time about them. My anwer to them is this: If I were going to lie about my aces, don't you would think I would choose a harder hole? (I don't know about the holes you've hit, but my non-witnessed aces have all been on shorter holes. Come to think about it, so have my witnessed aces). And if I were lying, don't you think I'd claim to have a hell of a lot more aces than I do now?

I think you schedule your aces just to be safe on the time in between aces....

Default I got my 2nd Ace Saturday

Thanks be to ERP who hooked me up with the most awesome of Roc's! I played up at Dave Heiders 18 hole course thsi Saturday, and threw a hyzer w/ the Roc about 250 straight ahead and parked into some trees. The Roc took a healthy skip off the ground a few feet from the basket and stuck into the chain. My second ever ace... first ace in 22 months. I cant tell you how many baskets and chains I have hit over those 22 months, I was certainly due!

This is the Ace disc I speak of~

Nice work, Carl - but did you let anyone tag it???

It's nice that you're keeping it off the ground as well because it keeps it from getting dirty!

Congrats on breaking the drought - I got two within a month this spring and haven't hit chain since...

I refrained from having anyone sign the disc as it is too darned pretty to scribble on the back, however I took a picture with a date stamp so I can recall as the years go by.
