Default Plantis Ferry

I would like to know what happened to the proposed Plantis Ferry Course in the Spokane Valley. Does anyone know if this is actually going to happen and when?

I heard of "money" being secured from sponsors for this project. Can anyone verify if there is really any money accumulated for this or were those just rumors?
