well i have seen you ppl looking at the flyer for my night golf tournys . yes i know its not the warmest time of the year to play golf but SO WHAT. i have been at downriver watching all the ppl show up and its starting to get a little crowded down there during the daylight and allmost NO ONE plays at night so that leaves me THE WHOLE COURSE by myself. MAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

well we had quite a show last weekend 37 ppl showed up to play ..YAHOO .. almost up to my goal of 50 ppl . i have seen alot of ppl looking at this thread but no replies? I am unsure if i will be doing this next year due to no input on the night golf tournaments .i would like you ppl to make some comments on this ,and as to if i will be continuing this THAT is all up to you ppl and whether or not I can get some feedback on how you feel about the tournament .. i have already had some feedback about the TD and it seems some of you are not happy with him ?

Getting feedback from people after an event may be your best bet, or before if they've been to multiple ones.

Your biggest feedback is the number of people showing up, anyway.

I use to play as a hobby 6yrs ago but I'm just now starting to really get back into it. My bf and I are going to be participating tonight. It will be our first time competing. Hopefully I won't bomb too bad, LOL We are totally stoked!

Hey Joe,
I think the night golf will catch on, if it doesn't get messy. I know finding glowsticks all over the course are a big turnoff for many players, but I would be attending if I had the chance. Unfortunately, I've been traveling each weekend you've offered it, but I'll show up one of these nights.

Joe just turned his player dollars from the Madnesses on 6/25, 7/9, and 7/23. At $1 per player over these three events Joe raised $82 for the SDGA Treasury. Including the $17 from the 1st event the total raised to date is $99. Way to go Joe and all you Midnight Monkeys! Gordy, SDGA TRES.

THANKS GORDY but i thought we were manics not monkeys ?.. stimpi: i know the glow sticks are an issue with some ppl but I do clean up after my tournys ..but it is hard to clean up when there are other groups that come after me and light up the course.. but for all you PROS out there i have raised the price so you will have a bigger payout ..here is the next run ...

You get by far the most diverse crowd of any event, and have more Rec players than even the Pro/Am doubles at its height in the winter.

If you did Pro/Am/Rec/Women's then you would cover your entire player base.

NOBODY wants to play in the pro division besides with only 3 pros showing up at a time there is not much of a challenge for you .. is there lyle? so i am trying to make better for everyone.. if you have any other thoughts on this i will be glad to hear them as you know this is MY first year being a TD so all this is still a lil new to me

WELL IT IS STARTING TO GET A LIL COLDER AT NITE SO IF YOU ARE GOING PLAY dress for the weather.i have had a great year running the glow nites and i got alot of ppl out there playing at night. i hope to keep going till it snows ..YODUH i have had some pros show up WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SHOW UP ????
