There are some alternate placements at both the East and West courses.
West Course, #6 at the marina has 3 placements: short for high water, behind the octabush, and long between the pair of willow trees.
West Course, #9 will move back to its short position for picnic season.
East Course, #1 has a new alternate on the right, tucked in under the maple tree and to the right.
East Course #8 has a new alternate visible from the tee pad, short and on the right, up on the grassy knoll.
A few more alternates are being considered, and may be installed this summer. Changes are posted on the sign posts, at E#1 and W#1. This does not mean it is cool to throw a temper tantrum and break trees because a pin moved to a new spot.
Comments on these changes would be good, like how they are playing, or some old time stories about the Octabush in high gorge wind, smacking plastic to the ground.
