I ended up with a Patagonia Jacket that I didn't even have to wear this weekend until right after my last putt of the weekend.

I use an Arc'teryx Beta AR. $400 or so... I live in AK so it is probably more useful here since SE AK get three times as much rain as Oregon does ( at least the 17 years I lived there! ).
