Default New tee areas added

There are new tee areas that have been added to this course, I walked the park and found 7 4x4 on the ground. and 9 anchors in the ground for the baskets. Look like the practice hole is going to be a real hole now. Also looks like there will be two throws over the creek by the footbridge.
Talked the person with the city about course, it will be an 18 hole course.

Wow... I don't know where they'll find room for 18, but that's great. I still hope they fix the silliness on #8 and #9 though.

I enjoy the ending of 8 and 9. I mean they're just straight throws but shrug. Also I live 100 steps from tee 1. So i'll try and say it's better then it is

I called and spoke with a woman from city of Dallas. She told me the whole 18 holes will be done by June at the absolute latest. Said most likely in a month. And it will be 18 so idk where they're going to fit it.

I just don't like that they cross... also, there's a perfect place to put #8's pin, up on the hillside among some trees.

Default 8 and 9

It does not look like they will cross when completed, but there will most likely be an issue with softball, soccer and football teams using the fields to practice from spring to fall. They do use that field, today there was a softball team that was by hole 8, they where using the basket as a shelf for there equipment.

That's awesome, hopefully my tournament had a positive influence on the decision.

Default Baskets are in

The nine baskets to make this an 18 hole course have been added.

Do it, and report back. I can't imagine how they squeezed in 18 holes down there.

Me either, but knowing John Swanson, I'm sure it's great.
