Default 3rd Sunday Ace Pot at Lakewood?

3rd Sunday Ace Pot at Lakewood is listed at www.nwdiscgolf.info as being at 9 AM on the 3rd Sunday, but refers only to the defunct threads:

Does anyone know if this event is still running? I would like to update the calendar.

From what I've heard, there may be other Ace Pots on the calendar that have died out or just hanging on (same handful of players weekly) due to lack of attendance. I'll do my best to find out for you which ones in the Seattle area are still running or not. Thanks for providing the calendar for us... perhaps you could call out for all cancelled weekly/monthly events to report as such.

This event still happens as of right now. Brian Hayes (ColdSteel on the forum here) has been running it. For more info about this event contact him or Eric Edgerton (EricEdge on the forum here) for more info than I can provide.

I'm planning on running the Lakewood Acepot on the third Sunday, Feb. 21st. If it turns out I am unable to run it I'll do my best to find someone else to do it. I'll be at the Pretzel bowl so you can check in with me there if you are thinking of participating. There's a little over $100 in the acepot currently. I like the format we've been using.... one round of 27 holes without a break. It usually takes around three and a half hours or so. Tee time is 10:00am. I try to send out a reminder about the acepots to the Lakewood email list, there's a link on Lakewooddiscgolf.com if you'd like to be added.
