It just so happens that this weekend will be the tail end of a week off for me. If I understand correctly, Sunday is the only day where caddying will really be necessary? I'd like to help out as a caddy, but being a long drive and vacation time for me, I want to be sure I'd have plenty of opportunity to throw some discs as well.

Yes for sure there will be some ladies who would appreciate a caddy on Sunday. We could use some help Saturday too, but not necessarily the entire day lots of time for the dudes to throw. On Saturday the Highland, and Meadow Ridge will be open the Canyon course will be closed because we will be using that course for our clinic and casual round. On Sunday Meadow Ridge will be open, and maybe the Highland depending on how many groups we will have for that course. The Canyon course will be closed Sunday for the tournament rounds.

Remeber we have a great deal for guest/caddies to sign up $15 that includes camping Friday & Saturday, lunch Saturday & Sunday, day use fee Saturday & Sunday plus a t-shirt for the first 50 who register. Right now I think we have 25 registered.

Shoot Rebecca a PM if you are interested in helping out.

I signed up for Caddy at the Stumptown Store, and tried to add a $10 donation, but when I got to PayPal, it ignored my donation. I tried twice, and it did the same thing, so I just entered without a donation. I recall seeing this issue in the past. Advise you get your webmasters to look into it. Will gladly make donation in person, or by direct PayPal, PM me for email address to send PayPal request to...

PS: I also am on Rebecca's helper list...

So glad you'll be there Treelove! Did you talk your wife into coming out?

Oh, and that's a typo that Meadow and Highland will be closed on Sunday.
Meadow Ridge will be open to play all weekend.
Canyon will be closed during the day on both Saturday and Sunday.
Highland will be open to play all day Saturday, but depending on the numbers, we may need to close it on Sunday during the tournament rounds.

Right on, thanks for the info Cindy. Is the casual round on Saturday ladies-only as well?

Yes the casual round will be ladies only. We will be mixing up the divsion, so the newer player will be paired with more expirenced players. We will also be doing some fun ctps and such in that rounds. The guys can caddy, or if they like play on one of the other courses.

...soooo... anybody else getting excited?! me? i'm just a liiiiiiitttllle bit fired up... just a little stoked... not losing any sleep... yet!

...but i am getting concerned that i might not have quite enough outfits for the weekend... i've got saturday taken care of... and sunday morning... but sunday afternoon i need something to match my flourescent green rufflebutts... a top at least, if i didn't think it would embarrass my dad and my caddy i'd wear just the rufflebutts... but i'm thinking i should at least try to maintain a modicum (is that really a word? and am i using it appropriately?) of decency...

hehehehe! can't wait can't wait can't wait... is it the weekend yet? can i go now? when do our rounds start?! aaaaaaaagh! i'm going to explode!!!

peace,
em

I'm super stoked too, Emma!! CAN'T WAIT!!! Hurry up and get here, Friday afternoon!!!

Got to see some of this year's goodies yesterday, putting stuff together at the work party. The water bottles & patches in the player's packs are super sweet, and I can't wait to get mine!

Cindy and Celeste have done such a great job and worked really hard to make this a special event for us ladies. They deserve a huge thanks and round of applause...

I haven't even thought of what to wear yet. I'd better get on that.

... soooo... i think all of us who feel like it (obviously me) should represent ladies disc golf hard core by rocking, as we say in my world, "proper disc golf attire"... y'all've seen my orange polyester knickers, right? that's what i'm talking about... the better one looks, the better one plays...

peace threw disc golf and knickers,
em

Well that blows my plans! I was hoping to set up camp around 3pm because I have to be back to work by 5pm and it will be to dark to set up when I get off. Oh well, guess I'll go back to my original plan and only camp Saturday. Either way, I'm counting down the days and it's driving my family crazy I think lol.

Come out and set up! You don't have to check in before you set up camp and others, including myself, will also be there early.Check in is just to get your players pack and let us know you have arrived. We'll have check in again in the morning.
