Not a bad invention. you could do the same things using just the bands. I have plenty from my therapy

I think it would be much better if you didn't have to hold both ends. It looks to me that you would be practicing or strengthening bad timing. Leaving your back arm hanging or even creating resistance by going in the wrong direction. Good idea, imperfect execution.
