Default Freeze In The Trees -Lake Stevens, Wa - Jan 2, 2010

The date has been set. The always popular Freeze In Trees will be January 2nd, 2010.

More info to come soon. Reserve this date for the best tournament held on the first Saturday in January in Snohomish Country.

Weather should be cold, clear, and just enough ice to watch Guy walk on all 4's trying to get to hole 18 basket.

See you there!
Brian

Every time I play at Lake Stevens, there is an incident and I swear I will never play there again (Nothing to do with the baskets, either!)
I will save myself the aggravation this time.
I wish you the best, B.A.

Not all course locals are receptive to the congratulatory great drive ass slap.

I thought you would have learned that after the first incident.

FYI: The great putt kiss is still ok most of the time.

The ass slaps and congratulatory kisses were one thing, but Ombudsman showing up for the Freeze wearing a speedo and cowboy boots made the locals a little uncomfortable. I have talked to the locals and they are willing to "turn the other cheek" for him this year.

And that was not nearly as egregious as the infamous shower incident at White River.

Ah Lake Stevens the only course that I can drive to the basket in one throw... and then four putt.

Don't be silly "Biz" you always four putt. Those Cajune lessons are really paying off. For everyone else that is. Maybe you should talk to Rueben about his technique!

Biz has found nearly true "enlightenment" in the Turbo Putt. All he needs to do now is "embrace" throwing it upside down.

"Roux Ben" is the bayou spelling of my dear beloved dog.

Attached is the information for the Freeze.

$20 entry fee for Ams, $25 for Open.

Great payouts, CTPs, Ace Pot, trophies, some kind of a players pack, and other cool crap for one low price.

Almost all people surveyed said this event is the funnest one during this weekend in January. We already have commitments from people as far south as Snohomish and as far north as Marysville, so you know this tournament rocks!

See you in 2010!
Brian
