Those are only conceptual plans dated 7/29/09; they haven't officially decided anything. Last I heard, the "no development of any kind" people were leaning hard on the Board of County Commissioners and the District Advisory Board. I've asked disc golfers on this forum to make their voices heard too, but I don't know how many have.
Michelle Healy told me "I suspect sometime in November" for when the plan finally goes to the governing boards for approval.
