Default Sorosis.......any thing special we need to know?

As I remember last year we played a Mando tree on hole 18 to eliminate hyser shots in the direction of 17 basket. In play again this year? Hole 13 two years ago we tee'd off by corner of tennis court and threw across field. Last year we played the short pad. Are we playing the short pad again this year? Any other things that both Saturday and Sunday teams need to know so that we are both playing the same?

Not necessary. As long as each day plays the course the same amongst themselves it doesn't matter. Each round gets input into a separate spreadsheet and generates a SSA and player ratings. TD's discretion on this one.

It would be nice if someone (or all of them) from Big Winds were to show up Sunday morning to help us out with hole numbers and other course quirks. There's plenty of room to throw rounds too if you like.

I have just finished all of the documents for Week 1 at Sorosis after a 12 hour day at the office. Tomorrow I'll print up all of the sheets and get the supplies to Keith so Saturday will be ready to go.

I'll bring the Sunday crap with me to the course. Who's ready for some Team Disc Golf?

I couldn't wait, so me and Bob went and played a couple of rounds at Sorosis yesterday. First time playing that course, and I can't wait to play again Saturday. Hopefully the weather is as good as it was yesterday.

Damn. I was hoping that one day would be sunny and 60 with the other day being 45, rainy, and high winds. That way we could listen to one group of teams bitch and moan about how unfair life is.

That's OK, I'm sure it will happen at least once this season.

Exclamation Last player has a rating!

I was able to use the rated rounds for Whiskey Discs' lone unrated player now that the recent PDGA update was completed. So Caroline will start with a 744 rating based on 6 recent rated rounds.

I also noted that quite a few players got by with a lot lower ratings than they should start with this year.

But that is what happens when you don't want to wait for updates to come out to get the TDG stuff started.

I have all of the documents for the weekend printed out and ready to go on Rite-In-The-Rain paper.

Each team captain will have a hard copy of the schedule and ratings that we start with, so make sure that you pick them up. If team members want a copy then you'll have to be responsible for making your own from the captain's master sheet.

Scorecards & Match sheets are printed and ready to go, now we just need Saturday & Sunday to get here!
