Adair has no concrete tee pads so if we have to play that course I would want to play it in October (Willamette is better).

The single biggest problem with Hornings is that Team Disc Golf has always been free to play. If we went to Hornings, they'd expect every player to fork over $3. True, we could have the entire group there at the same time (like on Sunday December 6th) but I don't know about the cost/player.
Likewise if we hold the first event (preliminary ratings generator for non-current PDGA players) at Milo the week after Hab/Rec we might still have the two 18 hole courses in the ground so we could all play at the same time.
I choose Pier park over Trojan because last year they pulled 1/3 of the baskets out for the entire winter season. We got to play that course only on the first week and could never go back.
We will never play Willamette and you are high or deluded if you think that slick uneven paver stones make for better traction than the pads at Adair. If we drop Adair then we won't use any valley courses this season.
I forgot that Cascades Gateway has no bathrooms. THAT COURSE IS OUT!
Leverich can work because we are splitting TDG into 2 groups of 8 teams each day. That means all we need is 12 holes to play a TDG match. If we grow beyond 16 teams then Leverich would need to be dropped.
