Default Whats in your playing bag?

So I love to read what others use. I myself believe it's helpful in determining what kind of new discs I'm gonna splurge on. So here's what I got in my playing bag;
Drivers:
A 173 ESP Force (new)
A 171 ESP Force (beat)
A 174 ESP Crush (beat)
A 173 Elite Z Crush (new)
A 174 Elite Z SS Avenger (kinda new)
A 174 L.E. ESP Venom (kinda new)
A 174 Pro D Venom (beat beyond beat)

Midrange:
174 FLX ESP Buzzz (new)
174 Elite Z Wasp (kinda new)
176 Pro D Drone (beat)
178 FLX ESP Drone (NEW!!!)

Putters:
171 FLX ESP Challenger (beat)
171 Soft APX (beat)
174 DGA Steady Ed Powerdrive (doesn't matter if it's new or beat, it's floppy)

I've got like 10 more discs but mostly Innova and friends don't let friends throw Innova I still miss the Cro though

This statement baffles me. If you like the Cro, why don't you throw it? Because your friends tell you it's not cool?

Actually all my friends throw Innova or Gateway. The only reason I don't throw it is since I got the Buzzz and the Wasp I don't have any need for a fast straight, slightly overstable midrange. I do throw it when I goto the field to practice bombing and it's always in the trunk of the car just waiting for an opportunity to come out. Plus I just like the way Discraft Discs actually do what they say they are going to do.
Other things not in the bag:
Super Stupid Soft Magic 174. Bought it, threw it, retired it. A disc for when I take people out that have never played.
Super Soft Wizard 174. Was my goto putter until I threw a Challenger.
Two 174 Star Cro's. One super beat and one practically new.
Two 171 Star Wraiths. Bought them thinking I would throw them great. Instead they turnover and die a horrible death.
Two 172 Champion Vikings. They stayed until I found the Flash. Unfortunate for me that I just threw my Flash into the water off of 11 @ Downriver thanks to a 20 mile an hour cross gust.
180 Champion Coyote. Found the Buzzz, no need for it ever again.
Last but not least. 173 Aerobee Epic. Love this thing but I throw my Venom further then I throw the Epic for thumbers.

Bag du Jour:

175g Z Surge
169g Opto Striker
172g Opto Vision
168g Z Predator

175g ESP Buzzz
175g ESP Wasp
175g Z Glide

171g ESP Zone
???g Pro-D Challenger

Is this "what's in your bag" thread going to turn into a Discraft vs. Innova slugfest? I'd like to see some healthy Lat64 arguments thrown in.

Sam is right. Innova is much better. I love buying three of the same mold disc, in the exact same weight, in the same plastic, and feeling like I own three completely different discs.

All kidding aside, throw what you like to throw, regardless of the company that made it. Until one of the plastic companies show you any loyalty, why feel loyal to them?

Pffft... Thanks for the caricature of reality, Mitch. Have you ever purchased three Innova discs of the same mold and the same weight? I am thinking not...

Actually, Mr. Smarmy-Pants, I have done exactly that. On multiple occasions. Which is why I was more than happy to trade discs at the swap meet out at the RCO. I may not be as experienced as you, or throw as well as you do, but I don't just flat-out lie for the sake of continuing an argument. Though with you, I have considered it.

See you this weekend, bro.

Man, I need to get rid of a few discs... Hmmm what to dump.
My first thought is wow, that quite a bit of the same discs over and over again... 4 destroyers, teerex, max, and a monster; 7 discs that do almost the same thing; I'd prob get rid of the 2 newer pro destroyers cuz your teerex or max do the same thing as the 2 newer pro destroyers, but that's just me...

I have tonssss of drivers but depending on the course, i'll drop out a whole bunch...
In my bag now *testing different putters*
175 Gateway SS wizard
175 Gateway S wizard
171 KC pro Avair

Mids
177-178 Cryztal buzzz *these things are money! If you like the ESP, try the cryztal!
173-174 Cryztal Buzzz *Money, Money, Money!
178 FLX ESP Buzzz *straight in the woods or cold
168 Z Buzzz *easy turnover
172 Star Gator
180 Flat Top Roc *playing with this disc

Drivers
168 Star Wraith *beat to death-straight turnover
169 Star Teerex *same as above but more fade
172 12x Star Wraith *straight with good fade skip - turnsover in headwind
172 Star Teerex *straight with good fade
173 Champ Boss *this thing does everything! Lost it in the water at nationals last week, still seeking it's replacement, prob my 174 champ boss or 173 star boss....
173 Star Boss *back up to the champ
162 R-Pro Boss *playing with this
172 star excalibur - overstable

I have like 4-5 destroyers but between the wraiths, teerex and boss; my need for a destroyer has reduced...
168 first run star destroyer
169 pro destroyer - beat for turnovers, is in a weird bent shape that never gets unbent
170 star destroyer
169 star destroyer

Back up drivers for windy days or need for serious overstable
172 first run star excalibur
167 star boss - gosh no kidding the lighter star bosses are overstable on steroids.
168 star teerex - new

Testing
169 star teerex-x
175 star special blend wraith

Fairway drivers
174 champ glow teebird *money when I need it
175 champ valkyrie
175 champ sidewinder
170 champ viking
175 champ viking

crap i spent like 15 minutes on this, back to work....

Nah, never happen, not with bags being made to hold 25 discs or more... Now I think the PGA should allow balls to be replaced during a hole, balls that will go left, right, spin more, roll more etc... that would be cool...

The three Pro Destroyers are my primary big distance drivers. I keep 3 in my bag at different levels of wear so if I lose one I am not completely crippled by the loss. There's always another one right there to replace it.

The Champion Glow Destroyer is extremely overstable, so it may very well take the place of the Max. It may not be quite as stable, but I think I can make it do the same thing with a little adjustment to my throw.

The Champion Monster is solid from 300-350ft, so it suits its purpose very well.

The Teerex is so beat up it's almost like a long Teebird, but it is definitely shorter than the Destroyers.

In summary: I think the Max is about to get benched.

Yes, and yet there are six Innovas in my bag. I still suggest that Innova's slogan be, "No Two Alike." But getting you to buy three or four to find the one you like could just be smart marketing.

Tee Shot Drivers:
150 R-Pro Boss (added twenty to thirty feet)
150 DX Wraith
149 DX Wraith (soon to get the ax, new and too understable out of the box)
160 Champion Monarch (I can turn it over without losing it completely)

Approach Drivers (full pull situational):
167 Star Wraith (turns predictably left)
167 FLX Surge (dependably straight, if not long)

Approach and Downhill Drivers:
176 FLX Buzzz
178 FLX Buzzz
178 FLX Buzzz
175 FLX Buzzz

Approach and Putt:
Four Times JK Pro Aviar-X (approaches, left turn putts, and very long putts)
Ching JU JU (long putts and big annie putts)
Rattler (goto putter)

The driver situation will surely change when my three new ultralight R-Pro Bosses arrive this week. That 150 DX Wraith will hang around, as it's beaten in and flies right. The Star Wraith is my way stable left turner, but the goto long straights will be the Bosses.

Why four FLX Buzzes? Too much fun. Throw 'em hard, they go straight. My bag is set up for old man, me, at Lucky Mud, and there are two steep downhills that I just have to throw all four at. I gotta get at least one park job out of the four. They're also good on a couple of short holes.

So, six Innova, six Discraft, and one Ching.

I digress.

I never was an Aviar fan. Always liked the XD and the Aero more so then the Aviar. Still, I keep all the Innova around for others to use. My loyalty to Discraft stems from two places. 1.) The rating system and description online makes sense. If it says stays flat and lands soft, it does. For some reason their discs are the same everytime. Very predictable. I don't like the guessing game aspect of Innova discs (went through 5 Vikings before I got another like the 1st one I fell in love with.) 2.) The Buzzz and Force are money discs. Plain and simple. I could probably just play with a stack of each in different plastics and states of wear and never really need another disc. I just like to have them

Lie? Interesting choice of words.

I didn't say you lied. I definitely think you are exaggerating and maybe don't know how to reproduce the same throw three times in a row but I didn't say you lied.
