Will the DG courses at Hornings be closed on the weekend of Aug 15/16 due to the "ROCKIN A" festival? If they will be open will camping be available?

Some friends and I are planning a weekend DG trip that weekend and had thought of including Hornings in the schedule. Just want to make sure the courses will be open before adding it to the list of courses for the trip.
