Default Keizer Rapids work party, June 27

If you're interested, we'll be pouring the concrete sleeves this Saturday @ 8:30am. We can also use some help working on the teepads (they're just going to be dirt initially), cleaning up some of the walk outs to the next holes, and overall clean up of the course. We can use any help we can get. Bring shovels, clippers, weed eaters, chainsaws, etc.

Wear long sleeves and long pants. We've worked to remove the major spots of poison oak, but as we all know, it's a tough battle.

Here's a map to the park.
The course is straight on Chemawa until it turns to gravel and take a left just past the farmhouse. The course is NOT at the entrance to the dog park.

18 baskets sleeves are now installed at the park. 4x4 boards are marking the front edge of the tee pads.

Expect the baskets and the first time to play in about 3 weeks.

Hopefully the poison oak that was sprayed last week will be dead by then. There are many branches and weeds that still need to be removed. It will be an ongoing process.
