Vance being pulled?

Hey I heard a rumor that Vance is going to get pulled anybody else hear anything on that. That would be a total shame it is one of our home courses, and we love to go there. We like it much more than Rockwood.

The course is owned by a municipality (county I think). Anyhow, they also own the now defunct gravel pit next to it. The rumor is that they are selling off the pit to possibly the other pit across the street from this one. if they do this they will build out towards hole 9 and 8. This might cause a park closure or at least a redesign. The quarry could also come out towards the first 5 holes as well. last I heard the deal was not fully made yet, but it may have progressed in the last few months since I heard about it.
