Mini Roadtrip This Weekend

I'm traveling to Yakima, WA this weekend, and since there aren't any courses(that I know of) in Yakima, I was looking for good courses to play on the way up and back. I'll be taking I-5 up to Portland then taking I-84 over to the Dalles. There are several options(I'm considering Rooster Rock West), but what courses do you guys/gals suggest? I want to stay close to the interstate. Just a quick stop and play a round.
