He did not pay into the cash fund. The 7 people listed were the only ones in.
My records may be wrong but I don't it.

Default Trophy Dinner
The boss thinks he can just up and leave when ever he wants to without consulting with me. Thinks just because he owns the place he can go to The Big Island on a whim. Must be nice.
So things will start a little later.
Jeni will get dinner served by 5:30. You guys can cast your votes for most improved during this time. Don't vote for someone already getting a top five trophy. You can also use this time to practice the ace shot my lovely wife will set up. Play some golf. Eat more pizza. Drink more beer. I'll get to the park about 6:00. We will finalize things then. Sorry for the late notice. I'm sure you would wait for me anyway, but thanks everyone.

Listen punk. You paid into the trophy fund so you could get a trophy. The cash fund would have cost you another $10.00. That's the gig. You should have paid a long time ago. Since your a kid and I tought you everything you know. I let you slide till late. If your in town? Go to bed. Dream about being a World Champion. Then get up and come to the park at 10:00 for a free round of golf. I'll teach ya some more. Great shooting of late punk. You even beat me the week you shot a 51. See ya next Tuesday for sure.

Haha. Thanks but I didnt know how all the paying stuff worked. Ill pay in twenty bucks next season and show u all how its done. Well I cant make it tomorrow but I will be there Tuesday. Do I have to pay in for the Ace Shot too?

No since you have paid in. Even though not much. If you would have been paying in like I was telling you. The pot would have been yours on your ace. You'll know better next year for that too. Kids just don't listen. About next year. Good luck. With a handfull of championships and a couple of runner ups. I'm getting my title back. Shaun took it once. Now Jesse. Maybe in two years you can have it.

Sorry. I'm the king of the ace pot money too. I'm the only one to win the final shot. So good luck but odds are in my favor once again. This is the first year I didn't get an ace on Tuesday. The lowest year by far only two aces.
