Default Thank You

Big props to Jordan (& crew) for another amazing season of Team Disc Golf. Once again you've provided us all with the perfect venue to hang out with close friends, make many new ones, and take full advantage of all the courses the area has to offer. I can't think of a better way to spend the winter. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

For some reason this was my favorite season so far!

Thanks Jordan for making TDG possible you sir ROCK!!

Hot Poop! had a great time playing the best ODW had to offer in Emma Rose & Patrick Darr you two are awesome!!

On Sunday we had the best time ever playing Putt This! We love you guys.

To all the teams who decided not to show up on Saturday & Sunday what the F you guys really missed out on an epic weekend of golf, and I simply do not understand the logic in that.

Cindy

Were we really that transparent, Emma?

Seriously, it was great to play with you and Darr. Next time though, I'm not losing so easy to you.

Had too much fun this weekend at Milo! Thanks to our opponents, Team Skinny and Hot Poop for two great matches. John Gorman slapped me around in our singles match on Sunday and I'll probably never live it down (he was gentle ).

It was nice meeting some of the Saturday players this weekend.
Thanks to all the friendly faces for another awesome year of OTDG.

Almost forgot: Congrat to our new champions DARK HORSE!!

Personally, I feel that I would be remiss if I did not mention how disappointing it was to see so many missing faces - especially Sunday. I strongly feel that the teams that didn't give a shit enough to even bother showing up should be the last teams considered for entry next year. Maybe it is time to contract the league and let in only the teams that have a proven record of attendance?

true dat.

and i would recommend to make sure to communicate amongst your team and to possible new team mates that this is an enormous commitment... not that we wouldn't be golfing all weekend anyway (okay, those of us single folk with very little responsibilities, would be golfing all weekend every weekend), but i found the commitment to go to a certain park and play with certain people to be the difficult part for me... i do understand the logic of the teams and people who didn't show... "we're not going to win," "only two people from the other team are showing up anyway" (that's right team skinny, i'm talking to you! )... but i don't exactly like it

... and all this coming from the girl who's decided she ain't playing next year... that's right! i'm still scolding you and technically it's none of my business anymore... if anyone's feeling their feathers ruffled because of this, next time i see you i'll give you some cookies or maybe some rolos...
