Default CSI to Split Weekends

In an effort to release info at the earliest and best possible time for your 2011 season planning

I am seriuopsly considering splitting the 2011 Cool Shoez Invitational.

Instead of combining two venues (easiest for TD/s) and holding to the 72 max field concept

Last weekend in March First weekend in April.
C tier to start. If I get 60 Open or 72 Am's I would bump the respective weekend up to B

It will depend on what kind of response I get here and what the 2011 INWS wants to do.

Either way Block out your calendar for those weekends and Play the Tac at it's hardest.

More info to come, SOON!

Invitational vs Open

Invites will go out the first of the year with a deadline for response (payment) by Feb 15th

It will then become an Open "First paid, First in".

More speculation

If I do split weekends the Pro weekend will be two rounds on Sat Shot gun start
Then a cut (of sorts) will be made. If you are more than say 7 stokes of the lead you will play really early on Sun with a shotgun start. If you are within the margin you will get a tee time.
This should make it more spectator friendly knowing when the leaders are going to play

Maybe a Moderator could combine this thread with this thread: http://www.nwdiscgolfnews.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6389

Thank you.

Maybe Tom should do his homework instead of posting all over the place or better yet go back to looking at Porn

We now have more threads about CSI splitting weekends then we do people who actually care.

If the mice would have worked with dogs, would it then be 294?

Not to kill the messenger but What does it matter?

Clearly tuffi is online but chooses not to be a member of this site. The info is/has been clearly stated on the Official CSI thread.

Hey Jub - you can talk to me. She's wanting to play and wants to know that Melody will be there, that's all. You don't have to kill the messenger.

Oh, she says to add that her and Coolshoes were personal friends - He was one of the people who taught her how to play, amongst many other things.

I have a sneaking suspision that PuttsRrad is tuffi

No one said you could not enter or that you were not friends with Dan just that returning calls about who's in and who's not is a huge waste of time when a simple bookmark can provide all the info. Beside you will not sign up till the DOS anyway.

It is too bad that others won't sign up at all because of the uneven playing field she represents.

In the two years I've been here I've seen more BS and politics in Disc Golf then the 15 years I played in Cal. Some people need to step out of the closet more often, and for the silly one with over 2000 post, here's a clue, spend that time you spend on the net practicing, and maybe your game might improve! How can you trash talk people when you can't even carry their bag!

I find the BS & the politics here just fine, completely tolerable at least. I suppose the politics could be better. This forum provides an outlet for everyone. Some stuff is good some bad, somethings are agreeable and some are not, either way one can simply just move on.

Maybe you should just go back to Cal if you can't hack it here in the rugged tough Northwest.
