OR Team DG: Team captain contact info please.

Hey guys I am in the process of updating the team contact info for this year. I need the following team captain info sent to me in a PM:

Team name
Captain's name
Captain's Phone number
Captain's Email
Captain's NW disc golf forum user name

Sunday teams I should be good to go on unless any of your info has changed since last year, and if it has just message me the updated info. Same with the Saturday teams that are returning. If you are a new Saturday team I need all of the above info. This info will be provided to all the team captains & Jordan of course.

So Captain's can communicate with one another on match days if need be, and so Jordan can contact captain's & visa versa. The most important piece of info is the phone number.
