Darr, Adams, and I made the road trip down to Eugene and it was well worth the trip. Random draw, Pro/Am or rather Sensai/Grasshopper doubles. First two rounds of 9 on the temp course were Best Shot and the thrid round was Alternating. My first time playing an Alternating round. As you can imagine having the Sensai drive is great but it quite often becomes a matter of the Grasshopper having to make the drive, which really makes for an interesting round. Many thanks to Sean for being my Sensai and putting up with my less than stellar play. I'll just blame it on lack of sleep the night before and the long drive. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
Met a lot of great people down there, and a lot of old friends as well. Things are going well for the U of O Disc Golf Club. They now have I believe over 20 players and lots of support. This tourney put them over half way to their goal of money needed for the trip to National. Go Ducks!

They are planning a fund raiser tourney each month for the next several months. Anybody that can go, please do. You will have fun and will help a good cause by helping send the Team to Nationals. Dave it was great to meet you yesterday and REAllY an honor to have your monster hyser bomb explodiing over my head while I was on 8 waiting to tee off.

Great job parking it!

One "Ace" for the day. Now what pro might, maybe, just possibly, have a chance at an "Ace" out there? Oh yeah, of course.........great job Sexton.

With an "Ace" on the score card who else was going to win the event but Nate of course. Great job!

I really thought as bad as we played my partner and I were going to get the prize for DFL. (Dave Feldberg DVD) Cheched the results and to our amazement we had finished in 14th place out of 26 or 27 teams. I felt good about that.
Keep me in the loop guys, I'd love to come back down for the next one.
Did I mention...........
GO Ducks!
