I'm so pumped for this event, I'll definitely plan to drive up from Portland and I'm willing to take anyone with me from P-town.

You running it Mike? Will it be first come first serve? Or do you have to have played in a certain number to get in?

Registration will open on the evening of April 15th for everyone.

The FSO will take a total of 72 pros and 72 ams. All pro divisions will be offered on the pro side. All advanced and intermediate divisions will be offered on the am side. There won’t be any novice, recreational, or junior divisions available.

When registration opens online at www.northwestsignup.com , there will be 50 spots in the pro fields and 50 spots in the am fields available. The other 22 spots in pro and am will be left for mail-in registrations until June 1st. If the FSO isn’t full by June 1st, any remaining entries will be available for purchase through either mail-in or online registration.

The FSO will hold 144 total players. There won’t be any extra holes or ghost groups added.

I am running the event for Jason this year. It is still Jason’s event; we shall see if he wants to pick it back up next year. I am running the event with the club. Therefore, decisions are reached by a compromise between me and the club. I get some things my way and the club gets some things their way. Either way, this event is going to be huge this year.

Mike
