Not specifically, but in following the thread this is what I gathered. There are 16 teams right now that want to play team disc golf. The 9 teams that are listed below on Sunday's are all teams that played last year, and they would get preference to which day they want to play. In order to make it even for both days 8 teams would have to play on Saturday, so as it stands right now even one of the teams that played last year would have to move to Saturday. Our team actually would also prefer to play on Sunday as well, but if we have to would play on Saturday because we just really want to play.

I was wondering Denny is there a reason your team has to play on Sunday do to say work schedule's or something? Our team is actually ahead of you as well in rank because we posted our roster before your team. It may be a mute point because both of our teams may have to play on Saturday, but if there was a valid reason you guys could not play on Saturday I am pretty sure our team would relinquish our rank, so you guys could play on Sunday.

Again this is just what I am taking away from reading the thread, and Jordan is da man and has the final say.

Recap:

Saturday Teams: 5
Scott Searles' New Team
Eastside Crusties
The Crazy 18
WMD
Whiskey Discs

Sunday Teams: 9
Rockwood Rednecks
Good Bad & Sassy
Dunker & Disorderlier
Poach This!
Green Bowl Puckers
Dork Horse
Big Winds
Vapor Tails
Westside Whiners

Saturday OR Sunday: 1
3 C's & a D-Walk

Undecided Teams: 1
Team Skinny

So is Searles double dipping? If not who is the replacement on the Westie Whiners? I tried going through the thread last night to see if it was posted but my drink ran out and when I went to fill 'er up I saw something shiny and got distracted..

We have narrowed the field down to two applicants...but the screening process is lengthy and intensive...

Of course, we would much rather have Scott back.

Moot. The only mute points around here these days belong to Brian.

I'm pretty sure that Cindy could run this whole thing with the full understanding that she displayed in this last post.

And since we went through the entire weekend without any posts on this thread it may just come done to my being a hardass like it does every year...

Sure like to see a few more teams join us so we can at least have a 10/8 split...

I can't believe that nobody is jumping at the chance to have Teresa & Tom on their team this year...

I guess that we have a few more days to waste before the captain's meeting. I will be down in Whistlers Bend this weekend (Fri-Mon) so let's hope this thing works itself out before I get back and have to take the hatchet to the whole shebang...

Thanks Jordan

FYI team 3 C's & a D would relinquish our rank to team skinny if that helps, but still sounds like it will be a MUTE point.

What we need is for one of the Sunday teams to step up and play on Saturday. That would give us 8 teams on each day and all would be happy in TDG world.

Would that it be so simple. But we have a new team that also wants to play on Sunday...

It would work better if we could come up with some more teams to make the split 10/8...

So then we just need two of the Sunday teams to switch to Saturday.

What are the chances of more teams joining in on the fun before the deadline?

A mute point is better than a moo point. You know... a cow's opinion. (Thank you, Joey)

There might be some teams looking for players that can play on Saturday real soon after we have our meeting tonight.

I sure hope to see all of the team captains at the meeting tonight! We have some serious things to work out. Like the whole, who plays on Sunday who plays on Saturday thing.

We may not even have as many teams as we think we do when we are forced to go to 8 teams Saturday and 8 teams Sunday!

See ya there at 7pm!

Default Sat.teams!!!! Slots avail.

If you can put a team together that can play on SATURDAYS put it together we start in 2 weeks space avail. for up to 4 teams. this would make it a 10/10 split for each day.

disclaimer: please do not make up a team that can not commit to play all year....PLEASE

If you are looking for a way to keep your game in tourney shape throughout the year then TDG is a great way to do it. Roughly every other weekend through Feb.
Come make new discing buddies and still relax then watch the NFL on Sundays
