I was more concerned with you hehe
If you were going to help plan it I would love to see you actually attend too. I'd like ot be able to accommodate everyone, but it just isn't possible unfortunately. So we will just have to fix it on the 5th.

I appreciate that Brian, but it sounds much cooler to say you are sucking up to Sam. It really is impossible to fit an event into everyones schedule hard as we may try. The 5th for a hoot of a time.

Yes, Sept 5th which is a Saturday. Starting at 9AM at Timber. I need to collect the $10 up front if I can because it goes to the BBQ food and I am bringing that. So sometime in August I need to start registration. Bob said he will run the tournament part and I will do the BBQ part. We will try to get some prize packs for winners and so forth too.

ok the time is nigh, if you want to do this let's send in those registrations. The post is in the events section of this forum http://www.nwdiscgolfnews.com/forum/showthread.php...ead.php?t=2044

I also need a couple volunteers to help man the picnic tables while we golf. We need to hold them before others come and take them so we have to put our stuff there.

Register and also let me know if you can volunteer please.
