Played a round of Doubles at Blue Lake last night...

Mittl/Hagerty -vs- Gwillim/Hiatt
A few of the highlights:
1) a 3 on Hole 11 by Mittl/Hagerty. Clean drive, spike hyzer over the top. hit the putt
2) a 2 on Hole 13 by Gwillim/Hiatt. Clean drive and a sweet 200' putt by Gwillim. The timing of this was pretty cool since a group lets us play through them here and Gwillie gave them a hell of a show.
3) a 3 on Hole 14 by Mittl/Hagerty. Two big drives and a 50' putt by Mittl.
I have to say Blue Lake is a GREAT course for doubles. There are so many risk -vs- reward shots that you can really go for in doubles.
We fought it out tooth and nail, but when all was said and done the scores were:
Mittl/Hagerty: 56
Gwillim/Hiatt: 57
Thanks for the great round guys. Sooo much fun!
