Post Course Information

Corban College
Salem, OR
[Google map & driving directions]

Number of holes: 9
Teepad type: Various
Target type: Baskets
Alternate teepads: No
Alternate basket placements: No
Open: Year-round (but preferably not when classes are in session)
Cost: Free
Alcohol allowed: No
Dogs allowed: Yes, on leash
Owned/Operated by: Private

General information:
The course winds around buildings, roads, and parking lots at a small Christian college on a hillside southeast of Salem. All but 2 holes are quite short, but most are "tricky."

To get to the course, follow signs uphill toward the gym; the first teepad is at the corner of the gym's parking lot. It's best to play on weekends when the school is not full of students, but whenever you play, be very careful of both cars and pedestrians.

Tee #1 has been moved down to the opposite side of road. They built a building on the old tee pad. #1 is now an uphill shot.

Default NEW HOLES

Corban has changed 2 holes, new layout.
*-Hole 7 now tees off from about 45-50' to the right of old 7 and you know throw at old hole 8! It plays 300' and the tee pad needs to be leveled out so that its not on a side hill lie.
*-Hole 8 now tees of from a pad located about 65' north of old 7 basket and you throw uphill to a basket set off to the right near the treeline. It plays 177'.
