just go to the pdga page and look under the thumbnail for PDGA tour, click tournament schedule and results... go to august and you'll find the chick flick.

FYI we only have 15 spots left for the divisions that are playing on the Canyon course. If you are planning on playing any of the pro divisions, advanced divisions, or intermediate divisions, as well as the older Jr. divisions only 15 spots left. We will fill up the Canyon course this year I am pertty sure of that.

how far will we have to pack/carry our camping gear to get to the "quiet camping"?
I was trying to look at the maps of the courses, and i wasnt sure if it was the tee or basket of #1 of the meadow course

I have not actually seen the quiet campsite yet. I am planning to make a trip to Horning's early next week, and I will be checking it out. I will get back to you with more infromation after my tirp out there.

That is the secondary camping spot for Chick Flick, the area next to the fairway to hole one on Meadow Ridge. The Tee pad area to hole one will not be a camping area.

Default Cat Nip = Natural Repellent works better than Deet

A golfer from the Portland area came into the shop yesterday and seriously praised the use of Cat Nip oil (can find at pet stores to spray on their toys) as a natural bug repellent. I am def going to try, but probably only while outdoors and making sure to avoid my friend's house with the crazy kitty. He says it works better than any type of repellent he'd ever tried before. Worth a shot

I hope you ladies (and gents) have a great weekend! Wish I could be there, but alas... sigh... I have to work

If we used cat nip oil at my house
There would be mob of cats with a new full size play toy, and that would be the last you would see of us

... yeah... being raised up by a hippy mama i been doused in pretty much every deet alternative out there... i really wish they worked for me... but, since i've decided i don't really need my ovaries anyway and i can't focus while being eaten alive, i'll use the deet...

Dang darn it! I just went to the first post of the thread and was reading about camping. I was really looking forward to it but there is no way I can cart/pack my gear into a campsite. Time to come up with a plan B!
