Default Work part at High Bridge

The next work part at High Bridge is going to be on July 7th. This Saturday starts at 8am! We will be putting stairs into hole 6 and 9. More will be posted later. Meet us at hole 6. Hope to see you guys out there!

HIGHBRIDGE WORK PARTY
Saturday, July 7, 2012 @ 8:30 am
Meet at Hole #6's Tee-Box

We will be building platforms up to Hole #6's green to aid accessibility and control erosion

TOOLS WE WILL NEED
Pick-up Trucks
Work Gloves
Drinking Water
Trash Bags
Shovels - Spades, Flat & Scoop
Rakes - Leaf & Garden
Sledge Hammers - Small & Large
Cordless Drills
Camper Size Generator
Wheelbarrows
Pry Bars
Tampers
Tape Measures
Levels - 2 ft - 6 ft

We need donuts, lunch and drink donation for workers
Please call me if you can bring food donation

this is the second work party where I will be working my paying gig. I will try to show up with doughnuts though. I wish I could help construct the steps, but I work nights and need my sleep.

Hey just a reminder to everyone bring thin clothes it will be 94 tomorrow. Also bring water. If anyone has pop up covers please bring with you. Were putting in 64 steps. I hope lots of people show up we are going to need lots of help to get all the steps in.

We had 13th people come out to put in stairs!  Thank you everyone who came in put there time in. Eric Brown, Randi Suiter, Joe Barnett, Lisa M., Jamie and Gordy Crafts, Jon Verbarg, Cory Davis, Tim Nevins, Greg Firpatrick, Ron W., and myself. It was nice to have team Chimp out there supporting us. We got all the stairs in at hole 6 and 9. It was very hot but thanks for surviving the heat. The job was not able to get finished 6 and 9 will still need more work. If anyone has anytime during the week or next weekend please call me at 216-4929. Thanks to everyone who brought food. 

I thought 'Team Chimp' was the new name for SDGA work parties. Uh uh uh, eh eh eh, ah ah ah , oh oh oh. When I reached for my banana it was baked.

Well stuart and I played highbridge yesterday morning and the stairs were a very welcome addition. they look and work great! Id be more then happy to help on the next wp, though i do sweat in 55 degrees, so watch for Big Red puddles :P
