Default Private Course?
A friend played a round at Orchards Park with a guy who lives in Gresham. He went to Rockwood Park to play and was told by 11 or 12 young men that He didn't live close enough to Rockwood to play there. What is going on out there?

Sounds like pure stupidity that has root in the old locals only surf spots in California.
