Default Lake Stevens - Sunday, Jan 22- Nasty Wind Damage

There are A LOT of trees down on the course. The city will chainsaw the big stuff, but there are broken limbs everywhere.

If you play there, please help drag off the limbs from around the baskets and fairways.

I will be out tomorrow at 9:00 to clean up and play... come on out.

Freeze in one week!

Dale, Mr. Young and I pulled quite a few smaller branches to the side of fairways as we played this afternoon ~ still plenty more to move. Lots of work for the city on #3 and #5. Not sure about tomorrow but I'll be back during the week.

Course is pretty close to being back to normal (except the baskets of course). The tee boxes, fairways and basket areas are now clear of the big limbs. There are still lots of stuff down, so fee free to haul off whatever you can.

Thanks to John Stengele, Dale Willard, and Matt Broer this morning. I don't know if it was more painful hauling lumber or playing the blue tees in the rain and wind. Thanks Dkstr, Don Anderson, too for all you help out there.

See you at the Freeze on Saturday.
