Exclamation Week 1 Sorosis Park

SATURDAY MATCHES
Chain Smokers at Ace Holes
Chain Damage at Disc Golf or Die
Oregon Disc & Wildlife at Dancing Cows
Go F*ck Yourself at ABDG Misfits
DGOD - Ace or Die at Eastside Crushers

SUNDAY MATCHES
Putt This! at GripLok
Team Skinny at Rockwood Roughnecks
Green Bowl Packers at Big Winds
Old, Bad & Sassy at Vapor Trails
Darkhorse at Discrupters

As has been mentioned in a previous post we will be playing 11 ratings points per stroke at Sorosis Park in The Dalles this weekend. When we get to the park, if nobody is using the baseball fields then we should play from the long tee pad on the par 2 hole. Please make sure that everybody plays from the same tees each round.

Let's have a great start to Oregon Team Disc Golf 2011-12!

Hath this whole world been mired in madness?
Remain ye men of faculty complete,
Of full arithmetic and prudence fair,
Attending to our noble bond and contract?
Or does here stand the last remaining man
To give a fig for rules and order yet,
No noble savage, but a stave unbroken
Who loves the law and bids it no misdeed.
I値l not be bent to lawlessness. Mark it nought, if we be men of honour.

Thanks for that info! I, too, love that hole, so let's play it! This late in the season we shouldn't have any conflicts with other parks users. But please, do not throw from that alt tee pad if someone is using those fields for their sport...

And road behind the pin OB as well!

That is the way that I am going to play it on Sunday. If someone on Saturday can mention that in the players meeting, they can play it that way too. But if they don't then it is no big deal as long as everybody plays it the same each round.

Par is irrelevant in TDG, but I would call it a par 4 from the long tee with the OBs.

Cant wait to this Saturdays matches and I need to talk with team captains saturday at 7:45 am before we set matches.

Jordan are you going with one of the oldest rules in the game the two meter rule or will you choose the sissy (Hemmerling) way.

Oh Hell NO! I hate the 2 meter rule! But we will be playing the playgrounds OB as well as the tennis courts, parking lots and TC and pretty much any pavement like usual.

Please have Captains (or their representative) at TC by 8:30am to set line ups. That gives us enough time to fill out the scorecards and get everybody out to their tee by 9 am.

71F & Sunny. Wind picked up in the afternoon. Gorgeous day. Watch out for the bee's nest on the path to hole 4. Its under a tree and pretty active. Apparently it's acceptable to leave your dog dookie's where they lie, so watch out for land mines.

What a great day! Nice weather, not too hot or cold. Sun came out in the afternoon and so did the wind. Thank you Eastside Crushers for a great match. It was an honor to play you guys, and you fought valiantly. Danny I have never seen a better putt from that far out before 120', that was awesome. We are happy to say "ACE or DIE" did win our match.

DGOD!
