PNWMAS disc golf event

Hello everyone, I am just writing to let people know that the Pacific Northewest Marine Aquarium Society will be having an event at the Champoeg state park disc golf course on Sunday the 31st of July. It will be a small tournament to benefit the Tanks for Teachers program, a program that helps teachers have marine aquariums in their classrooms for educational and recreational purposes. The event is only open to members of the club, I was mostly writing to let people know that there will be a group of about 10 people playing through the course around noon. Most of them have never played befor and we will probably be moving slowly lol. I appologize if we are slowing things in the course up and I have no problem letting others play through, so please accept my apology in advance.

Weird sentence, depending how you read it. Just to clarify, am I correct in assuming as follows?

*) This event is open to PNWMAS club members only.

*) Non-PNWMAS members may not participate.

*) The course has not been rented, and will remain open to the public.

*) There will be a large, slow group on the course.

PS: suggestion: split up into smaller groups, then shuffle/re-seed groups frequently.

All of the above are true. Thank you for pointing that out. I thought of seperating into multiple groups, but to be real honest no one in the group knows the course that well (I know its easy to follow) and theres only 2 of us that know how to play. I hope we are not too much of a hassle, we should be off the course by 3 tho if evertything goes smoothly. And if the folks in the group don't loose all my discs lol.

I'd recommend splitting into two groups of 5, with one experiened player in each group to lead the way. You want this to be a positive experience for the new golfers, right? Standing around and waiting for 9 other players to throw isn't anybody's idea of a good time.
