Battle of Seattle Not included in the new ratings update!

Anyone know why the Battle of Seattle is not included in the new ratings update? Why is this the second time tourneys have not been included in the current updates? Does the PDGA have a down time on which tourneys they include or ?

I think there is a 2 week lag time so i think the cut off date for this round of updates was about june 6th the battle will be included in thenext update
