It sounds to me that you guys might want to reclassify this tourney as an XC-Tier with the PDGA since you aren't following
PDGA Tour Standards. I'm not saying its a bad thing at all. I like what you're trying to do here, but ratings and finishing positions etc will be hard to get correct with what you're planning.
