Stu, I had the same question about the orange ribbon on hole 6. Jack said that as far as he knows it is not a mando. I could see how it would be important if that basket was going to be played year-round but it will ONLY be there in the off-season months of Labor Day thru Memorial Day so there really aren't any user issues with taking the route to the left of the tree with the tunnel shot.
The longer pad on 15 could probably be used for an off-season event to the long basket position but I know the city wouldn't go for it on a regular basis. I guess we just need to have an event there
Maybe we can make it happen for a few early season league rounds. I will inquire about it.
