I was 3 under going into the back nine, just when the wind started kicking up...winds got to 35mph and stayed there, which shut the fountain down. I think if you factor in everything that Trojan is a way easier course, although I did play rather badly the entire time at The Memorial last year. Don't forget about all the OB roping at Vista Del Camino either...rounds at Vista are easier, but painfully long...5 hrs-ish.
Trojan is slightly easier but not when its windy there. I still would give the nod to Fountain hills in the wind but if you get a tee time that has no wind your score will go low.
Oh yeah by the way, if you go in the water after a disc and get caught its a large ticket and you will be escorted from the park and asked not to return. Saw it happen the last time I was there!
