Post Team Disc Golf: Preliminary Results for Week 6

First off I'd like to thank everyone for coming out to Milo today for Team Disc Golf!
Today we filled every card in BOTH rounds! That means we sent 15 cards out each round and played disc golf in some mighty fine winter weather. Some small wind gusts aside, when you get to play in sunshine in the Willamette Valley in winter you count yourself lucky.

Big thanks to Scott Searles for the chili and Vapor Trail for the dogs and burgers! The quaffers were flowin' and the camaraderie was showin'!

In the matches things got very interesting. Rockwood swept the afternoon to post another double digit week against the not-so Sassy Ones. Dark Horse was hard pressed to keep pace even with their beat down of Vapor Trail. Big Winds did their job of putting the wood to the Green Bowl Packers while Westside still got good points in their loss to Drunk & Disorderly.

This sets up a West Division showdown the final week where any of the top 4 teams could win this thing; only 3.5 points separate fourth from first. Meanwhile in the East Division the battle is for first/second and third/fourth.

Hath this whole world been mired in madness?
Remain ye men of faculty complete,
Of full arithmetic and prudence fair,
Attending to our noble bond and contract?
Or does here stand the last remaining man
To give a fig for rules and order yet,
No noble savage, but a stave unbroken
Who loves the law and bids it no misdeed.
I’ll not be bent to lawlessness. Mark it nought, if we be men of honour.
